I am a Registered Psychologist with over 20 years of experience with a special interest in treating adults with trauma, eating disorders, weight management, and other mental health concerns. I hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary and have worked in both clinical and research settings throughout my career.
In 2009, after completing my registration, I joined Calgary Weight Management Centre (CWMC) as a Registered Psychologist. Over the past 16 years, I have been doing individual, group, and family therapy in the areas of health psychology, eating disorders, body image, self-esteem, addictions, and trauma.
Alongside my work at CWMC, I have maintained a private practice, supporting clients with a wide range of concerns, including relationship issues, stress management, life transitions, spirituality, grief and loss, personality disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, family of origin work, and complex trauma.
I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions for adults across Alberta. My in-person sessions are held in Calgary’s Midnapore neighbourhood in the Southeast.
